CONDITION OF RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We accept return for exchange of defective or incorrect item. Condition of return due to item defect or any mistake from our side such as wrong size. design or quantity received.

 

We also accept return for size exchange if you have bought wrong colour, size or design, you can return and exchange the order within 7 days from receiving the items (subject to stock availability).

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact.

 

Return for exchange must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

First of all, notify us by contacting our team sales, or Heetamputeh.co help support directly and provide us with your order number, proof of postage such as tracking number and attach a photo showing the issue. If we believe the issue only minor defect, We can advise on how the issue can be resolved via online.

 

For the return process, we can only process on sending you new item after we receive the tracking number by customer showing that the item is already postage for return.

 

Please take note. the shipping charge will not be covered by us for the exchange colour, size or design. We only covered shipping charge due to a defective or incorrect item or any mistake from our side.

REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT DUE TO FAULTY PRODUCTS

 

Refunds are allowed only due to manufacture faults by us such as overlooked stains, tore and broken zip etc.

 

We will not be responsible for any faulty not caused by us e.g: broken zipper once worn/ fabric shrinks once washed.

 

You will have to submit a refund request at our team sales or Heetamputeh.co help support.

 

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

 

If your returns are approved, then your refund request will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

 

Please note that your refund is not inclusive of the shipping cost.

Your order will be shipped once order and payment is completed. Our shipping days are from Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holiday).

 

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1 pm (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

 

Please note that shipping time might take longer during festive seasons, early release of collection or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.
